| All scheduled daily deliveries will be completed the same day it is ordered. Please remember, any change in your plans regarding the pick-up or drop off that is not disclosed to us may affect the outcome of a successful delivery. If there is a problem and we caused it, we will re-deliver it free!! If the problem occurred from lack of information provided by the customer, we will charge for a redelivery. The nature of our specialized service typically does not guarantee that we will otherwise be in that same area of service tomorrow,except when a delivery is ordered. We are not an over-nite service with daily route drivers in all areas. We are a special custom order service. We are available 7 days a week and do not require advance notice to set up a delivery. In the event that an order has been placed, there will be a grace period of 15 minutes to allow for a cancellation. After 15 minutes, we will charge you $25 for a cancelation fee. Please remember, once a driver is dispatched on your behalf, time is money, 15 minutes could be as much as 15 miles that we have driven to get to you for your original requested service. That is about a mile a minute and Fuel is everything to us. Please make sure that your receiving party is aware that you are sending a delivery service with your same day delivery.
